Thomas Kessler has been a new member of the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Swiss IT solution provider Open Circle since the end of January. He supports Open Circle in expanding its market position, developing its products and scaling its sales.
Zurich, 20 March 2023 – Thomas Kessler is an experienced entrepreneur and has extensive business know-how in building and scaling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models. In recent years, as co-founder and CEO, he built up the enterprise SaaS provider Locatee and was able to acquire numerous international companies as customers. Locatee offers large companies a SaaS solution to optimise the use of office buildings on the basis of the existing IT infrastructure and sensor technology. He is currently supporting various SaaS companies with their scaling challenges and go-to-market activities.

In addition to the new addition of Thomas Kessler, there were other changes on the Open Circle Board of Directors at the end of January. Four members remain and three have left the BoD.

The three former board members will continue to be available to Open Circle as advisors. The Board of Directors has thus been slimmed down from the original 7 to 5 members. Open Circle was formed in 2020 through the merger of the two IT service providers ITIGO & Young Solutions, which resulted in the Board of Directors increasing to 7 members.
