On 13 and 14 March, the certification body Swiss Safety Center AG conducted a recertification audit at Open Circle in Zurich-Albisrieden and recertified the company.
This recertification confirms that Open Circle complies with the international standards of ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 and 9001.
Christoph Stucky, Chief Information Security Officer at Open Circle explains, “ISO 27001 is the standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It helps Open Circle to protect the managed information with effective measures and to continuously improve the security system.” The ISO 27017 standard specifies the requirements for secure cloud services and ISO 27018 ensures the protection of personal data in cloud services. “The certification of our quality management system according to ISO 9001 shows our customers that we systematically develop and operate IT solutions. In addition, a continuous improvement process is at the core of this standard and helps us to offer even better solutions in the future, which are precisely tailored to customer needs,” said Mike Burkart, Chief Administration Officer and responsible for quality management at Open Circle.
The auditor expressly praised Open Circle for its good quality and information security culture and the maturity of its management system.
