Zurich, September 29, 2023 – Thanuja Parameswaran and Caroline Oestvold have been employed by Open Circle since August. They take over a client base and manage various IT projects.

Thanuja Parameswaran worked for Swiss Financial Services for over eight years. She completed her IT apprenticeship there, specializing in systems engineering including BMS, and then took over the position as Head of Group IT. Most recently, Thanuja worked as a system administrator for Netcetera, an international software company. She also holds an IPMA Level D project management certificate.

Caroline Oestvold attended the Wirtschaftsmittelschule in St. Gallen and has always had a flair for IT. Caroline ended up in IT project management at Niederer Kraft Frey, one of the largest commercial law firms in Zurich, where she was responsible for the implementation/replacement of ERP and CRM solutions. Caroline also worked as a business analyst at APG and as an IT course instructor at Migros Klubschule. To sharpen her business skills, she obtained a part-time Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications with a specialization in Business Psychology in 2020.
