We monitor your virtual server on level operating system (Windows/Linux).

Backup

Updates & Lifecycle

We install the latest Windows and Linux updates and patches on a quarterly basis. If a security gap needs to be closed more quickly, we will of course do so immediately.

Vulnerability scan

By means of a vulnerability scan, we examine the virtual server for known vulnerabilities.

System support 24/7

Our service line is available from 7.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. for all system enquiries. Our on-call service is also available for emergencies at night and on weekends.
