Thomas Frei

Thomas works as an IT supporter at Open Circle. He monitors the systems, handles tickets and deals with customer concerns.

Thomas has been working as an IT supporter since 2008. He worked for a file sharing provider and more recently for a telecommunication specialist in 1st, 2dn and 3rd level support. During this time he also trained in the areas of servers and networks. Before that, Thomas completed an apprenticeship as an electrician.

Thomas is interested in everything in IT and is not only familiar with the use of various applications, but also understands them from a technical point of view.

During his free time, he is involved with model flying, drones, developer platforms, automation and anything to do with integrated circuits and semiconductor technology. Otherwise, he enjoys hiking and cycling.
