As a Customer Success Manager, Caroline ensures the satisfaction of our customers. She is in close contact with them and ensures that business and IT goals are achieved. In addition, Caroline implements various IT projects as a project manager.
Caroline attended the Wirtschaftsmittelschule in St. Gallen and has always had a flair for IT. That’s why she “slipped” mutiple times into the role of power user and trainer in various jobs. Via detours, Caroline ended up in IT project management at one of the largest commercial law firms in Zurich, where she was responsible for the introduction/replacement of ERP and CRM solutions.
To sharpen her business skills, she earned a part-time Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications in 2020, with a specialization in Business Psychology.
Caroline is interested in numbers and technical contexts. In her free time, she spends a lot of time outdoors in nature. Whenever possible, she rides her scooter or her bike. She also likes to travel and enjoys life together with family and friends.
