Yehor joins our team as a security engineer. In this role, he is responsible for Wazuh and, in the future, for all aspects of IT security, from systems such as Cyberscan to strategic security solutions.
Yehor already has impressive experience in the world of cybersecurity: after an internship as a web developer in 2022, he joined the InfoSec team at a large company in the raw materials sector in 2023. A year later, he continued his career there in the Cyber Defense Team as a Security Analyst before moving to Open Circle.
Yehor began his education in 2021 by graduating from high school in Ukraine. He then enrolled at Kyiv Polytechnic University to study cybersecurity. After a year of remote study, he continued his academic career at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2024, studying cyber and information security.
Yehor is passionate about IT security, especially cryptology and malware analysis. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball for the Zofingen club and cycling.
