About Miralem
Miralem Copra works at our Service Desk as an IT Supporter.
Miralem has had an exciting journey: originally starting out as a retail salesman specialising in electronics and consulting, he has developed into an experienced IT Supporter over the past few years. From 2026, he will also begin further training as a Computer Scientist HF – another step on his career path in IT.
His passion for technology has been with him since childhood. Back then, he was already enthusiastically tinkering with his parents’ computer – even his Playstation 2 was not spared. This curiosity and his interest in technology still characterise his work today.
In his free time, Miralem enjoys being active – whether it’s cycling, hiking with his dog or learning programming, currently focussing on PHP and Laravel.
