About Mario
Mario supports Open Circle as an IT Project Manager and Customer Success Manager. He oversees client projects from the planning stage through to successful implementation and ensures that technical solutions not only work but also deliver genuine long-term value.
His journey into IT began in a very practical way on construction sites, working with cables, networks and traditional telematics. Following his apprenticeship as a telematics technician with a Swiss IT and telecommunications service provider, he initially worked as a systems engineer in the field of networking and VoIP. He then expanded his expertise as a cloud engineer, specialising in Microsoft technologies. Today, he brings this diverse experience to Open Circle.
Mario holds a Telematics Technician EFZ qualification and a Higher Federal Diploma in Computer Science. He has also completed IPMA Level D certification and is currently studying for a Business Engineer NDS qualification at the ABB Technikerschule.
In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit, whether at the gym, playing basketball or swimming. He also loves travelling and discovering new places and cultures.
