Chief Customer Success Officer
Dominique Heinzler is a member of the Executive Board and, as Chief Customer Success Officer, is responsible for our customers and partners, successful onboardings and successful assignments and projects. He supports the customer advisors and project managers in ensuring optimal support and sustainably supporting our customers in their success with the product and service portfolio and accompanying them on their digital transformation journey.
After his initial training as a businessman and an extra-occupational degree in business informatics, Dominique obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration in Strategic Management. Dominique looks back on many years of experience in IT project management in various industries. Before joining Open Circle, he was a member of the management team responsible for operations at a business software provider.
Dominique enjoys spending his free time with his family and especially travelling to foreign countries.
