Outgoing emails are digitally signed. This guarantees the authenticity of the transmitter.

The Secure Email solution has a sophisticated spam filter.

The Outlook add-in integrates the solution into the Outlook wondow “Create message”. This means that functions such as “Sign” and “Encrypt” can be selected at the push of a button.

When adding a new email user or a new email address, a new certificate is automatically generated.

External emails are marked with “External” in the subject line.
