Our client management ensures the complete administration of your devices. This also includes installations and updates.

Free software choice

Whether your company uses standard or custom software, it is all installable on the different devices.

Access via admin tool Cockpit

Your devices (assets) are displayed in the admin tool Cockpit. They can be viewed by you at any time. Optionally, you can set up your employees’ devices yourself at the touch of a button.

Limited access for users

Your IT users can not install anything on the device on their own because they do not have admin access.

Buy or rent equipment

You can buy or rent the equipment from Open Circle. We procure the devices and set them up. Our client management system allows you to integrate devices from manufacturers of your choice.

Hard disk encryption

We encrypt the hard disks using BitLocker.

Printing and scanning

You can print and scan in the office and at home. Printer management, for example, with our partner Print & More.

Work offline

Because Microsoft Office programs and other specialist applications are installed locally on the desktop, you and your employees can work even without connection to the internet and to the Swiss Business Cloud.

Setup

Whether PCs, laptops or thin clients, we procure the desired equipment. We set up the devices for your employees, configure them and install the software.

Monitoring

We monitor your devices 24/7.

Updates & Lifecycle

We regularly install the latest Windows updates and patches. This ensures that the systems are always up to date.

Backup

Every day at 10pm, we back up your data and store it securely. In addition, we copy the backup to a second location in Switzerland, so that your data is really safe. We attach great importance to the backup protection from malware. The oldest backup is 14 days old.

Software management

We ensure that the software on the clients is always up-to-date.

Vulnerbility scan

We regularly check the devices for known weak points.

System support 24/7

Our service line is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for all system inquiries. Our on-call service is also available at night and on weekends for emergencies. Using remote access software, we can access your users’ devices and, if necessary, make changes, install new programs and fix any problems.
