User and access rights management via cockpit

User and access rights management via Cockpit OPEN CIRCLE. Identity and access management is linked to the OPEN CIRCLE Cockpit. Users and access rights are recorded, monitored and managed in the Cockpit IT administration tool.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On ensures that users only have to log in once to access different applications or services. From the Enterprise version onwards, third-party applications can be integrated into the SSO. Provided the application supports standards such as OpenID, OAuth or SAML.

Multifactor authentication (MFA)

MFA is also available in connection with SSO.

Own URL & own branding

From the Enterprise version upwards, you will receive a customised URL for your SSO portal. We can also customise your SSO portal with your own branding.

Redundant setup possible

In the Premium version, we offer you a redundant setup of your IAM solution. This option is the ideal choice for companies that place the highest demands on availability and reliability.

VPN gateway

The VPN gateway ensures a secure connection between notebooks or NAS and the OPEN CIRCLE Identity and Access Management. Your IAM solution is operated in the Swiss Business Cloud in Zurich and Bern.

Active Directory Domain

The IAM also functions as an Active Directory domain. This means that all your devices such as notebooks, NUCs or NAS can be seamlessly integrated into your user administration.

Network authentication via RADIUS

The RADIUS network protocol is used for user-specific authentication on the WLAN or VPN. Together with our Firewall & Network solution, this provides you with customised user authentication in the local network.

Microsoft Entra Connect Sync

Add-on for user synchronisation between OPEN CIRCLE Identity and Access Management and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). This user synchronisation is aimed at companies that use Microsoft services.
