Changes in the leadership of the Operations Team

Open Circle is setting a new course in the area of operations: Daniel Hafner is taking on the role of Head of Operations. The previous incumbent, Dominique Würgler, will remain with the company as Operations Coordinator and will continue to support deployment and resource planning as well as the operations team.

There has been a change in the leadership team at Open Circle with immediate effect: Daniel Hafner is taking on the role of Head of Operations. In this role, he will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of the operations team. ‘Open Circle is delighted with this internal succession solution and wishes Daniel Hafner every success in his new position,’ said Dominique Heinzler, Chief Customer Officer.

Daniel Hafner previously worked as Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Open Circle. He is a trained Systems Engineer and is currently completing further training as a business IT specialist HF. With over 12 years of experience in the IT sector, including as IT Manager, IT Operations Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager, he brings a wealth of technical and operational experience to the role.

The previous holder of the position, Dominique Würgler, will remain with Open Circle and take on the new role of Operations Coordinator. In this role, he will be responsible for deployment and resource planning, among other things, take on additional coordination tasks and support the operations team.
