Since February 2015, wwcom AG is a strategic partner of Open Circle AG for the SBC-Phone Service, the modern telephony solution with CTI client. To offer our customers the integrated Voice-over-IP based telephony solution, wwcom has adapted the solution to our cockpit. A configuration (e.g. for a new employee) can thus be made automatically via the cockpit. Since June 2017, Open Circle AG has been operating the telephony solution together with wwcom and incorporating customer needs into further development.
