If you need the replacement faster or want us to carry out the replacement on site, we can come directly to your office and carry out the replacement. This service is charged at cost.
If you need it even faster, you can also have standby hardware ready. This is managed by us in the same way as the active firewall and is always ready for use with the latest configuration and software version. In the event of a fault, all you have to do is reconnect a few cables.
